Return Policy and Exchanges

  1. Refund Eligibility:

    • Siphon Luxury may grant a 100% refund under specific conditions:
      • If a product is found to be inauthentic after purchase, and the authentication has to been done through a boutique store.
      • We at siphon luxury, do not issue any refunds on the basis of third party apps authentication.
      • In cases of production or shipping damage.
      • If you request cancellation within 6 hours of placing your order.
      • For out-of-stock orders, which will be canceled and refunded (or converted to store credits with your consent).
    • International refunds typically take 2 to 3 weeks, but some cases may be faster.
    • If an order is canceled before delivery, refunds may take 2 to 3 weeks from accepting the refund request.
  2. Product Discrepancies:

    • If you notice any discrepancies with your order or receive the wrong product, contact Siphon Luxury within 7 days of delivery.
    • Failure to report discrepancies within this timeframe may affect eligibility for replacement.
    • Avoid using products you believe are incorrect, as it could hinder the exchange or replacement process.
    • You might be asked to provide photographs or video clips of the discrepant product to assist with resolution.
  • Delivery Terms and Conditions:

 

  •  Delivery Timeframe:  We strive to deliver your order within 4-6 weeks from the date of purchase. However, please note that unforeseen circumstances such as customs clearance procedures or natural calamities may cause delays beyond our control.

 

  • Non-Liability for Delays: While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, Siphon Luxury shall not be held liable for delays arising from customs processing or natural disasters.

 

  • Refund Policy: If, for any reason, your order has not arrived within 20-24 weeks from the date of purchase, you may be eligible for a refund. Please contact our customer service team for assistance in processing your refund request.

 

  • Customer Responsibilities: If a customer refuses to accept the order upon delivery or requests a delay in delivery, the order will be fulfilled only upon receipt of full advance payment for the article.
  • No refunds will be initiated if the customer requests a delay in delivery without prior purchase of the item, or without the full pre-payment for the item, in such cases the orders will be cancelled as per company policy.
